Family HomeCare completes an "At Risk Assessment" of each patient to determine their need for Parish assistance in the event of a Mandatory Emergency Evacuation. As long as you are an active patient with FHC, you will be on the State Registry. Upon discharge from FHC, patients who still require assistance with mandatory evacuation must contact thier local parish Office of Emergency Prepareness (OEP) for direct assistance registration.
